As you know few weeks ago, the Peacefull Assembly bill was passed in Malaysia so now there are restrictions on how Malaysians can exercise their freedom of assembly.
The people that you see in the video were trying to show that they can exercise their right to gather around the big Christmas tree at the very popular KLCC mall without any interference.
Apparently now, you even need police permit for Christmas carol in Malaysia!
I wonder whether the same applies in other countries.
